中国教育电视台：北外人工智能与人类语言重点实验室：聚焦人工智能与语言教育前沿课题

人工智能是新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要驱动力，很多国家制定并实施了人工智能战略。昨天（1226）北京外国语大学人工智能与人类语言重点实验室在京成立，今后将聚焦人工智能与语言教育前沿课题。

据了解，新成立的北京外国语大学人工智能与人类语言重点实验室凝聚交叉学科智库，围绕国家科教兴国战略指定实验室重大科研项目，着力开展语言学习机理研究、多语言语料库、外语健脑强智等五个研究方向。

北京外国语大学党委书记 王定华：依托交叉学科智库，围绕国家科教兴国战略，汇聚海内外贤才，力争成为国内乃至世界领先的人工智能助推语言教育的研究高地。

顾曰国 北京外国语大学人工智能与人类语言重点实验室首席专家：就是说人类语言+人工智能，它不是人工智能+人类语言，那什么概念，就说我们的重点就是阐释人类智能，用人工智能的技术和方法反过来阐释人类智能。

据了解，实验室还与科大讯飞、华为等科技公司建立研究共同体，政企学研联动发展。北外人工智能与人类语言重点实验室不仅能够帮助我国实现人工智能在多语言教学研究及应用领域的突破，科技赋能教育还会加速新时期教师队伍建设。

北京外国语大学副校长 孙有中：那么人工智能可以让教师的发展，教师的研讨是泛在，就是无时无地不可以进行教研，进行教研，所以它穿越了时间和空间，可以让我们教师更好的利用他们的时间来进行教学的研讨备课，解决问题。
